Pilling is a natural process that occurs with most fabrics, including cashmere. It happens when fibers rub together, forming small balls or pills on the surface of the fabric. However, it is possible to remove pilling from cashmere using a cashmere comb.

To use a cashmere comb, first, lay the garment on a flat surface. Then, gently comb the surface of the fabric in one direction, using short, light strokes. Be careful not to apply too much pressure, as this can damage the fibers. Continue combing until all the pills have been removed.
