Returns Policy

Items purchased at full price that are in a condition suitable for sale, that have not been worn and still have their original tags and packaging, can be exchanged for a different size or style, provided it is available. Alternatively, they can be returned for a full refund minus the cost of postage or for a credit note that is valid for 6 months. Please note that we only accept returns for our products if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return items for a refund;

All postage to return the item(s) will be at the buyers expense.

Our returns policy allows for full refunds under specific circumstances only.

To ensure that an item is eligible for a return or exchange, it must be in a resalable condition. This means that the item must be unworn and still have all of its tags and labels attached. However, please note that the final decision on whether an item is eligible for a return or exchange is up to our discretion.

Items that show evidence of wear or without all original tags attached will be rejected and will be posted back to customer.

The return must be initiated within 7 days since received

Items must be received by us within 15 days since approval for refund
